Telehealth fees on top
Most telehealth programs charge a membership or program fee on top of the medication. All-in, brand-name programs usually land between about $300 and $450 a month. Some advertise a cheap first month and then charge much more, so check the ongoing price.
How to pay less
- Check insurance first. Some employer plans cover Wegovy or Zepbound for weight loss. A telehealth program can check for you.
- Use manufacturer cash prices. LillyDirect and NovoCare prices are far below retail.
- Consider a pill. The lowest doses of the Wegovy pill and Foundayo are among the cheapest brand-name options.
- Medicare. Coverage for weight-loss GLP-1s has been expanding under 2026 price deals. Check your plan's current rules.
